About Yushun

YSDICE is the B2B face of Dongguan Yushun Hardware Co., Ltd. — a dice factory in Chang'an, Dongguan, casting for the world's dice brands since 2018.

The YSDICE mark — Dongguan Yushun Hardware Co., Ltd.
Our story

A factory, not a trading company

We cast, pour, plate and hand-paint dice on our own floor: three die-casting machines, our own pouring and painting benches, and two dedicated plating partners two doors down. One English-speaking project manager — Queenie, who founded the company — owns every order from first sketch to bill of lading.

Where the name comes from

Yushun (宇顺) is not a marketing name. Yu (宇) is a homophone of the founder's own given name. Shun (顺) comes from shun shun li li — a plain Chinese wish that things go smoothly. That was the whole ambition in 2018: put her own name on the door, and hope the work ran smooth. No slogan, no brand consultant. The English name came later, when overseas buyers needed something they could spell — YSDICE is simply Yushun, for dice.

The founder

Queenie runs Yushun the way she got here: by doing the work herself. She is a mother, and she built this team while raising a family — no inherited business, no silent partner. She learned dice by making them badly first, then less badly, then well enough that brands came back. She still answers her own WhatsApp, still walks the benches, and still keeps the English on this site in her own words rather than an agency's.

That is also why there is no sales department to route you through. When you write to us, you are writing to the person who decides whether your mold gets cut.

Proof we mean "anything": a client once sketched cheese dice — holes, drips, a cheese-wedge d4. We cut the mold and cast them.

The brands we cast for

42% of our B2B clients reorder within a year. We never launch retail lines that compete with client designs — it's written into the contract.

Why choose YSDICE

The problems dice buyers actually have

Ask anyone who has sourced custom dice: the horror stories repeat. Minimums of 1,500 sets. A "factory" that turns out to be a reseller. Samples that look nothing like the production run. Messages that go unanswered once the deposit clears. Here is how we are built so none of that happens to you.

The laser-marking room on the Yushun floor

A factory, verified

Registered as Dongguan Yushun Hardware Co., Ltd. — the dice are cast, poured and painted on our own floor. Visit Chang'an or ask for a live video walk any day.

A small run being dispensed and checked station by station

MOQ from 10 sets

Most factories want 1,500+ units before they will talk. Our in-stock designs start at just 2–10 sets per colour by material — mix materials freely, or clear a $500 combined minimum. A Kickstarter test batch is a real order here.

A free rendered 3D proof

Replies in 24h, proof in 3 days

No sales queue to get lost in — every inquiry gets an answer within 2 hours, and a free rendered 3D proof of every face lands within 3 days of your sketch.

The second inspection before dispatch

Checked twice, then photographed

Once at the workshop that made them, once again before dispatch — high-value lines piece by piece — with a photo report before your balance is due.

Client designs and molds kept under NDA

Your design stays yours

The clause is written into the contract: client molds are never resold, and we never launch retail lines that compete with client designs.

Honest numbers

We publish our real reject rates — down to 5% on plain resin, 20–30% on inclusion cores — and quote DDP door-to-door so duties never surprise you.
