Inquiry
Send a sketch, logo or reference photo. YSDICE replies within 2 hours with the questions that decide the quote — material, quantity, deadline and budget per set. No form-filling ritual: a photo of a competitor set, a napkin sketch or a full spec sheet all count as a valid brief. We answer with the two or three questions that actually move the price — material line, edge profile, quantity band and deadline — so the first quote you see is already a real one.
3D Design
In-house designers model every face — numerals, logo placement, colours — and send a rendered proof in 3 days. Free, with unlimited minor revisions before any tooling is cut. The proof shows every face at reading angle, so font weight, numeral placement and logo scale are agreed before any steel is cut or silicone poured. Catching a cramped "18" at this stage costs nothing; catching it after tooling costs weeks.
Sample
Stock-mould samples ship within a week; full-custom pre-production samples take 3–10 days by material. The sample cost is refunded against your first order. Approving the sample locks the standard: colour, weight, fill and finish are photographed and archived, and the eventual bulk run is inspected against that exact reference — not against memory.
Production
Cast, poured and finished across six material lines. Batch records track resin lot, mix ratio, degassing, cure state and finished dimensions — sample 3–5 days, bulk 10–15. Each line runs its own rhythm — die-cast zinc at 20–25 days for full custom, sharp edge epoxy at 15–20, rounded unsaturated resin at 25–30 — and inclusion designs are deliberately over-poured, because a 20–30% casting reject rate on core-in-resin work is physics, not a surprise we pass to you.
QC
Two inspections — first at the bench that made them, then again by YSDICE — face by face against your approved sample, with a photo report and EN71 / ASTM testing on request. Depth follows value: gemstone, sharp edge and wooden runs are checked piece by piece, while high-volume metal and resin lines are sorted across the run by people who have handled millions of dice and know what a drifting mold looks like by the third tray.

DDP door-to-door worldwide: YSDICE handles freight, customs and duties. Express in 3–7 days, sea freight in 25–35 — packed to survive a 30-day crossing. Retail boxes go into export cartons, cartons onto pallets with corner protection and moisture management — packed for a 30-day sea crossing, not just the truck to the port. One project manager tracks the order from bench to doorstep, and the tracking number reaches you the day it ships.

Manufacture
Three die-casting machines, in-house resin pouring and painting benches, and partner plating lines two doors down. Zinc alloy is cast and hand-polished; resin is hand-poured in silicone molds and sanded through six grits; every number is enamel-filled or hand-painted on the same floor.

Stage 3Delivery
Every run is inspected twice — once at the workshop that made it, once again before dispatch — with a photo report before it ships, with EN71 / ASTM toy-safety testing available on request. Then it's DDP door-to-door worldwide — express for samples, air or sea for volume — one project manager tracking it from bench to doorstep.
