Delivery
The last mile matters: a two-stage inspection with a photo report, export-grade packing, and DDP door-to-door shipping worldwide. We also tell you our real reject rates up front — and pour enough extra to cover them, so your order ships complete.

From final inspection to your warehouse

Checked twice, face by face
Sets are inspected face by face against your approved sample — enamel fill, plating, balance and packaging — at both inspection stages, with SGS material reports and EN71/ASTM toy-safety testing available. Anything that fails is pulled at the bench, never shipped and never resold as seconds.

See it before it ships
Before anything leaves the floor you receive a photo (or video) report of your actual production — not a stock image — so sign-off happens with your eyes on your dice.

Packed to survive the ocean
Retail boxes into cartons, cartons onto pallets, corners protected and moisture-managed — packing standards built for a 30-day sea crossing, not just the truck to the port.

EXW, FOB or DDP — your choice
Most clients choose DDP: we handle freight, customs and duties, and the price you agreed is the price landed at your warehouse. EXW and FOB available for buyers with their own forwarders.

Matched to your timeline
Samples and small runs fly DHL/FedEx/UPS in 3–7 days; volume ships sea freight in 25–35 days with consolidation available. Kickstarter runs deliver direct to fulfilment hubs.

We stand behind the run
Any defect beyond the agreed AQL is replaced or credited — and because molds are archived, reorders match your first run exactly, even a year later.
The reject rates we actually run
Most factories will not put these numbers in writing. We would rather you plan around the real ones — they are the reason some designs cost more per set and take longer than others.
| Resin design | Typical reject rate | What drives it |
|---|---|---|
| Rounded resin — no inclusion | ~5% | A settled process. Losses are mostly stray bubbles and pinholes caught after demolding. |
| Rounded resin — with an inclusion animals, figures and other cast-in cores | 20–30% | We machine the cores ourselves to a tight fit, so placement, viscosity and timing all have to land together. This one rides on the caster's experience more than any other job on the floor. |
| Sharp edge resin (epoxy) | 10–15% | Corners come from the mold and every face is lapped flat by hand — a blunted corner, a bent edge line or an uneven face cannot be rescued later. |
We pour for the reject rate, not the order
An order for 100 inclusion sets is poured as 125–140. The overage is planned into the quotation and the schedule from day one, so you receive the full quantity you ordered — you are never asked mid-run to accept a short shipment or pay a top-up.
Why an inclusion design costs more
It is not the resin. It is that a fifth to a third of what we cast never leaves the bench, plus the in-house tooling for the core itself. If a quote for figure-in-resin dice looks the same as plain resin, the yield has not been priced in — and that gap shows up later as a delay or a quality drop.
Figures are our own floor averages across recent runs, not a guarantee for a specific design. We give you the expected rate for your artwork with the quotation.
